How to pay at FamilyMart
- This is a payment method to pay cash for the item you applied for/ordered on the Internet website at the cash register in the FamilyMart store.
- Issue the “FamiPort application ticket” necessary for payment at the cash register using the terminal “FamiPort” in the FamilyMart store. Image of FamiPort
- Take the “FamiPort application ticket” to the cash register to pay.
- The “order number” is needed to issue the “FamiPort application ticket.” It is displayed after your application/order on the website screen. Write it down on a memo and take it to FamilyMart.
- It should be paid in advance. After payment, your application/order is completed.
１. Select the “Payment at the convenience store (online type)” on the website screen.
Select the “Payment at the convenience store (online type)” from the payment method menu on the website.
２. Select a convenience store to make payment to.
Select FamilyMart.
３. The necessary information for payment is displayed on the website screen.
On the website screen, the “1st number (company code: 20020)” and the “2nd number (order number in 12 digits)” are displayed. Print out the screen or write them down on a memo.

４. Operate the terminal “FamiPort” in the FamilyMart store to issue a “FamiPort application ticket/申込券”
Select “Payment/代金支払い” on the top screen using the green terminal, “FamiPort” in the FamilyMart store.

Select the “Go to the number input screen/「番号を入力する」”

Enter the 1st number (company code: 20020), and press “OK.”

Enter the “2nd number (order number in 12 digits) displayed on the website screen after application/order on the website, and press “OK.”

After confirming the notes about payment method, touch the “Agree to use/同意して利用する” button.
※Some products cannot use "FamiPay".

Confirm the content, and press “Confirm/確認” button if the content is correct.

The “FamiPort application ticket/Famiポート申込券” is printed/issued from the terminal FamiPort.
５. Payment at the cash register
Take the “FamiPort application ticket” to the cash register to pay. After payment, a detailed statement and receipt is issued.
Keep the statement and receipt safe.
